HRH Oba Joseph  Aderibigbe Osasona was born to family  of late Pa and Mrs Gabriel  Osasona of Okeagba Clan Jege.
He attended OLSMB primary  School  Jege,  Oke Oyi Secondary  school Ponyan, Omu-Aran Teachers College,  and the University of Ilorin  where he obtained  his First school Leaving  Certificate,  O level,  Grade ll, NCE,  BA. Ed and MPA respectively between 1964 and 1997.
He started his career  as a grade ll class teacher in 1978 but through hard work,  dedication  to duty and self improvement retired from the service of Kogi state Government as a Director and the  Focal Officer,  UNDP office,  Lokoja.
Prior to his installation  to the stool of the Owa of Jege,  the Kabiyesi had served Jege community  in various  capacities, some of which  include Natitional president  of JSU 1981 - 82, National Secretary JDA,  2001 - 2006, Chairman, JDA lokoja Branch 2007 - 2013.
As a result  of his commitment to the development  of Jege, the then Owa  of Jege, Oba DB Olugboye conferred  on him the honorary title of the OLUMETO Of JEGE LAND in 2008. Oba Osasona became  the Otunba of Jege in 2010, the second in rank to  the seat of Owa. In line with the custom of Jege,  Oba  J A Osasona  was installed  as the Owa  of Jege in 2018.
The stool which was of 3rd class status at the installation  of the present Owa was upgraded  to 2nd class status in 2022 by Kogi State Government.
Oba  J A Osasona is the chairman  of Jege Traditional  Council comprising  of the Balees, Balogun, chiefs  and representatives of various clans and interest in the community.

Otunba Kunle Komolafe was born to the family of Elder and Mrs Komolafe of Otun Ayinamro Clam, Jege on the 9th day of October, 1969 while in Kaduna.
The Otunba had his primary education both in Kaduna and Odo Ere ìn present Kogi State between 1973 and 1978, he attended the prestigious Titicombe College Ẹgbẹ àlsò ìn kogi state for his secondary school education, and went ahead to bagged his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic, Bida between 1989 to 1994.
Otunba Komolafe has to His credit HND, Industrial Chemistry, B.A Estate Management and Currently pursuing a B S.C in Information System Technology in The Federal University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, River State
He has also obtain a degree in Systemic Theology in the  Redeemed Christian School, Lagos.
Otunba Komolafe is running his private business and also into teaching the word of God.
He was appointed to the stool of the Otunba, next to HRH, the Owa of Jege in the year 2019, and he has been discharging the duties of the office with total loyalty to the Owa of Jege and rare dedication and commitment to the growth and development of Jege community.
The Otunba Currently resides in Port Harcourt where he oversees his business but in constant touch with happenings in Jege.
The Otunba Is the vice chairman of Jege Traditional council. He is happily married and blessed with good and God fearing children.

Chief Oluomo J D Akogun becomes the .......th President of Jege Development Association, JDA. He succeeds Engr Dr F F Olayemi whose tenure brought great Development to Jege. The task of building on the achievement of the previous administration of the JDA for the next 3 years is therefore a challenging one.

Chief Oluomo J D Akogun is a seasoned administrator and a philanthropist who has always contributed in no small measures to the success of previous administrations. 

He is the MD of Ebelomo foundation that is currently supporting Students Education in Jege. His election as the New President is believed to be a round peg in a round hole and a welcome development by all.

OBJ fondly called is the Current President of Jege Student Union, a vibrant youth body that is actively involved in Jege development.

Olugboye Diamond Obasanjo holds a  Higher National Diploma in Public Administration from Kogi State Polytechnics, Lokoja.
